This Mango Spinach Smoothie is loaded with protein and vitamins. The best part is that you only need 5 ingredients to make it!

Add all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender. I recommend THIS blender!
Blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined. If needed, add in more milk to thin the smoothie. This will depend on the power of your blender and the consistency of the protein powder you use.
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Serve with a straw. I topped mine with some extra shredded coconut.
